Group Fitness Classes & Spinning

At Iron Works Fitness, you'll find a varitey of classes everyday. From Body Sculpting, Yoga and Pilates, to Boot Camp and Spinning, you'll be challenged by our professional staff of instructors. Choose as many classes as you like.

Abs

Fifteen minutes of concentrated abdominal work designed to develop endurance and strengthen the core muscles.

Boot Camp

'Save the drama for your mama' with this cardio/muscle condition class. Your 'Sarge' will lead you through some tough calisthenics and other challenging drills.

Cardio

Walk, run, climb, or pedal. Watch TV or listen to your favorite music. All the comforts of home, minus the sofa. Sweating never felt so Good!

Pilates

A low impact high intensity core-conditioning workout designed to strengthen abdominal and back muscles. Performed entirely on a mats, this workout is designed to develop long lean well-defined muscle without building bulk.

Spinning

This is the only time that Iron Works will "take you for a ride." A cardiovasicular challenge for everyone. This body-mind journey through an Italian backdrop is the talk of the town. Come ride with us?

Step

A high intensity moderate impact workout built upon the concept of vertical climbing on an aerobic step.

Body Works

A variety of aerobic conditioning activities combining kickboxing, hand weights, and STEP.

Yoga

Makes the body strong and flexible while improving the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems bringing about emotional stability, clarity of mind and self-realization.

Zumba

The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat!

  • Bring plenty of water.
